New flooring arrives from the factory unsealed and unprotected. Installers lay it; they rarely finish it. C.A.M Maintenance Ltd comes in after installation to remove construction dust and adhesive residue, seal the tile, and lay down a protective coating — so your new floor starts its life sealed instead of absorbing dirt into bare, porous tile.
Our Process

Post-Install Clean
Construction dust, adhesive haze, and factory film are removed from the new surface.

Seal the Substrate
A penetrating sealer closes porous tile or concrete so dirt cannot work its way in.

Protective Coating
Multiple coats of commercial finish are built up over the sealed surface.

Care Handover
We show your staff how to clean it so the coating lasts as long as it should.
