Years of wax, sealer, and traffic buildup turn a bright floor dull and grey. C.A.M Maintenance Ltd strips it all the way back to the bare tile so the surface underneath can be sealed and finished properly. We use commercial stripping solution, low-speed machines, and controlled wet pickup — no damage to your tile, grout lines, or baseboards, and no mess left behind.
Our Process

Floor Assessment
We identify the flooring type and how many coats of old finish need to come off.

Prep & Protect
Furniture is moved, baseboards and fixtures are masked, and wet-floor signage goes up.

Strip & Extract
Stripping solution is applied, agitated with a low-speed machine, then fully extracted.
4
Neutral Rinse
The slab is rinsed and pH-neutralised so the new sealer and finish bond properly.
