Every coat is given full cure time before the next goes down.
Our Process

Surface Check
We confirm the floor is stripped, clean, dry, and pH-neutral before any finish goes down.

Seal the Tile
Porous tile gets a sealer coat first so the finish sits on top instead of soaking in.

Build the Coats
Thin, even coats of finish are applied and cured one at a time to the gloss level you want.

Burnish & Inspect
We burnish for depth of shine and walk the floor with you before we pack up.
