Our Story
C.A.M Maintenance Ltd was founded by Jose Antonio Ocampo Hernandez around a single trade done properly: commercial floor care. Not general cleaning that also happens to include floors — stripping, waxing, sealing, and refinishing as a specialty, with the equipment and the process to match.
We work out of 62 Queen Street North in Tottenham, and from there we cover a wide stretch of Ontario — Alliston and Bradford close to home, Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia, and Wasaga Beach through Simcoe County, Orangeville in Dufferin, Bracebridge and Huntsville up in Muskoka, and Toronto and the wider GTA to the south.
Our clients are offices, retail units, schools, clinics, warehouses, and property-managed buildings. Almost all of our work is scheduled after hours or overnight — partly so your operation is never interrupted, and partly because floor finish needs uninterrupted cure time between coats to set up properly. Getting that right is most of the job.
