Our scrub-and-recoat service removes the worn top layer of finish, cleans the surface, and lays fresh coats over the sound finish underneath. It restores the shine in a fraction of the time and cost of a full strip and wax, and on a regular schedule it can put off a full strip for years.

Wear Assessment
We check how much sound finish is left to decide between a re-coat and a full strip.

Deep Scrub
The worn top layer and embedded soil are machine-scrubbed away and extracted.

Re-Coat
Fresh coats of finish are applied over the sound base already on the floor.

Burnish & Schedule
We burnish to finish, then set a recurring schedule that fits your traffic levels.
